Now Accepting MHN Insurance!

Exciting news! I am now an In-Network provider for: Managed Health Network (MHN) effective immediately! That means I am now In-Network with Optum/United Behavioral Health, Aetna, and MHN. I am able to see clients located in California and Minnesota via telehealth video.

Accepting insurance means that more people are able to receive services. I am committed to always accepting insurance in order to provide affordable care.

My specialty is: Neurodivergent maternal mental health care. Meaning I specialize in providing psychotherapy for neurodivergent moms dealing with burnout, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other issues in the perinatal period and beyond.
